Project Background
The buyer was sourcing materials for a fire water supply system in Thailand. The first order combined Q235 steel pipes with fittings, valves, and other system accessories, and the complete shipment had to be prepared within seven days.

Turning One System List into a Supply Plan
This was not a pipe-only enquiry. The buyer sent one project material list covering multiple parts of the fire water system, so the first step was to separate the list into manageable product groups while maintaining one combined master record.
We checked the steel pipes first, then worked through the fittings, valves, and accessories. Our purchasing team reviewed availability and lead times with different sources while the sales team kept the quantities and product relationships together in the master list.
Whenever one item changed, the corresponding size, fitting, valve, quantity, and packing requirement had to be checked again. Keeping the groups on one schedule helped the order move forward as a complete system supply package.
Q235 Steel Pipe Range
